 I s ee a lot of people on social media trying to teach others how to phahla. I think it's a good thing. But dangerous to be selective about the info you give people. People take your half information and invite dark spirits into their lives. The chosen are lucky because they have teachers.   Umsamo is a  a prayer place where we pray and appease our ancestors.  Our ancestros come in the form of guides in our lives.
